Chris GST and Dylan Waco run down some previews and thoughts for the big upcoming weekend of shows here at the end of 2017.

Dec 27, 2017
It's Battlecade week, and we have the finish of a conversation with a man who was on many of those Battlecades: Kamakazi Kid (@darkkazi). In the second and final part of this interview Kazi has some physical regrets, talks about the great young talent of CWF and who he wishes he could work a program with. He also enlightens us on just how Brad Stutts changed CWF's Storytelling when he took over creative, the evolution of the CWF in-ring style,  and who loved to work with while he was a regular. Plus, Kazi F-bombs some CWF legends and tells another guttural yet heartwarming story about his guidance of Trevor Lee. Kazi is the best. See you all at Battlecade.

Ari Berenstein hosts the ROH Retrocast where him and his guests take a look back at some of the greatest ROH shows of the past. This time around, Chris GST and Chris Miccio join him again to discuss what some say is one of the best shows in 2006 and ROH history, Glory By Honor V Night 2 which featured the first time Pro Wrestling NOAH’s GHC title was defended in ROH with Naomichi Marifuji defending it against Nigel McGuinness and the historic ROH title defense between Bryan Danielson (WWE Daniel Bryan) and KENTA. Hope you enjoy and send your thoughts to contact@ROHWorld.com

This week on The CWF Road Diaries, we pick up our conversation with southern graps advocate, Dylan Hales. Host Johnny P (@Johnphilapavage) and Dylan (@DylanWaco) talk about what CWF needs to do to gain more visibility, what they are doing right in terms of visibility, and where they stand. They transition into talk of the epic Trevor Lee title reign. Discussion includes when a reign reaches the point of being a hindrance to others on the roster, when is the right time to transfer the title, who can they/is CWF getting ready, and who might be the odds on favorite to take the gold - or just be a relevant main eventer in the future. Its Christmas in...December. Enjoy!

Chris and Rich are back to talk about the live experience from Rich's time at Final Battle. They talk about all the major news including the announcement of the Women of Honor Championship and Dalton Castle being your new ROH World Champion. They also talk about the "controversial" spot from the 6 man tag title match and other moments from the show. They talk about what this means for ROH going forward when it comes to having Dalton Castle as World Champion. They also talk about the interesting news of Oney Lorcan returning to Beyond Wrestling for an autograph session and if this is connected to Apollo Crews making an appearance for PCW. We go back to the old school for this CWF Road Diaries, as Host Johnny P (@johnphilapavage) hangs out with CWF Legend Kamakazi Kid (@darkkazi). Kazi goes from a touching story about his father and his origins within the profession to a not-so sentimental story about how he started in CWF working with Ric Converse. He also touches on mentorship within the CWF locker room today and how he helps your young favorites get better. Come for the cool mask, stay for the humor and thought.

This week on the CWF Road Diaries host John Philapavage (@johnphilapavage) talks to his dear, close, personal, long-time friend - and more importantly a mover and shaker in the southern independent world - Dylan Hales (@dylanwaco). Dylan is the man who introduced John to CWF, and they go into the origin story of each other's interest in the company, as well as the moment CWF broke on the internet "smart fan" stage. It gets in the weeds on wrestling internet culture from a decade ago, Stuttsy, PWO and the Death Valley Driver board. The guys talk about the southern graps movement and only manage to name check Tanahashi and Brock Lesnar once or twice the entire time. Ah, the Christmas season!

Rich Laconi and Dylan Hales are back with another edition of the PWP Newcast. This week the guys cover Evolve’s final shows of the year and the new format the promotion is using for events going forward, CZW’s Cage of Death including the controversial ending to the show that had fans everywhere asking “work or shoot?,” and the Kenny Omega/Chris Jericho angle that capped off the NJPW tag league.

Dec 11, 2017

Chris, Rich, Ari, and Miccio are here with your questions, submitted at <a href="http://rohforum.site/" rel="noopener" target="_blank">ROHforum.site</a>. Lots of fun topics such as where does the crew think happens if Dalton wins the title at FB, what five indie wrestlers would we want ROH to bring in, and of course the controversial question on if The Dawgs are our guilty pleasure's. This is worth the listen alone for Rich explaining why the Dawgs are so entertaining. Other questions include the Briscoes heel turn and if ROH has issues when it comes to re-signing talent. Send your thoughts to mailbag@pwponderings.com

Dec 5, 2017

Then the crew talks about the situation between Glory Pro, Sean Orleans, Michael Elgin and why <a href="https://wp.me/p1rVA2-1kp" rel="noopener" target="_blank">Elgin has released this statement on the situation</a>. Updates about the iPPV/VOD numbers given to FloSlam from WWNLive is also discussed in some detail and reactions to the news. Send us your thoughts to mailbag@pwponderings.com
